We are seeking a results-driven

Paid Media Lead

to support the planning, execution and optimisation of paid media activity across multiple digital channels. The role will focus on driving brand visibility, leads and conversions through strategic, data-led campaign management.


The position is set to commence ASAP and will be full-time for an initial duration of 12 weeks with a pay rate of 20.77 per hour + holiday pay


Key responsibilities include:



Support the development and implementation of paid media strategy across search, social, display and programmatic, identifying new opportunities for growth. Manage paid media budgets, ensuring efficient spend, strong ROI and effective allocation across campaigns and channels. Oversee and optimise paid media campaigns, including audience targeting, ad testing, bidding strategies and KPI performance (CPA, CTR, conversions). Collaborate with cross-functional teams--including Data & Insight, Performance, Creative, and Web--to integrate insights, improve journeys and enhance campaign effectiveness. Produce performance reports with clear insights and recommendations, leading ongoing optimisation based on industry trends and platform updates.

Selection Criteria:



Proven experience managing paid media campaigns across search, social and display platforms (e.g., Google Ads, META, LinkedIn). Strong analytical ability, with proficiency in Google Analytics, Ads platforms and optimisation tools. Experience managing budgets and delivering profitable ROI across multi-channel campaigns. Ability to collaborate effectively across marketing, content and analytics teams. Strong communication skills, including presenting insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
