What you will do:
Develop and execute paid media strategies across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, and emerging channels.
Manage campaign setup, optimisation, budgeting, bidding, targeting, and creative testing to achieve ROI targets.
Collaborate with creative, analytics, and commercial teams to produce compelling ads and ensure accurate performance tracking.
The ideal candidate:
3-5+ years of hands-on experience in performance-driven paid media, ideally in e-commerce or high-volume digital sales.
Strong analytical mindset with expertise in platforms like Google Ads, Meta, and programmatic DSPs.
Proven ability to manage budgets, scale campaigns efficiently, and translate data insights into actionable strategies.
