Job Description

As a Paid Search Manager, you will be instrumental in delivering best in class campaigns across paid media platforms. You will be a key component in ensuring that campaigns are delivered against guarantees whilst further developing your skills and building your own reputation and relationships with suppliers, key internal stakeholders and clients.
You will work as part of a team to help deliver on the clients KPIs and help ensure that campaigns are bought correctly, reporting is done accurately and deadlines are met.
You will possess excellent communication skills and will be keen to develop relationships with suppliers, media owners and other departments within the agency. You will be confident with excel, have excellent numeracy skills and are open to learning., * Assist in the development of comprehensive paid search media strategies that align with client goals and objectives

  • Execute campaign activation across a variety of platforms, ensuring adherence to campaign specifications and deadlines
  • Own the health and pacing checks across assigned accounts, highlighting any areas that need addressing
  • Help monitor and optimise campaigns to improve key performance metrics, including CTR, CPC and conversion rates, ensuring that they meet client goals
  • Support manager with account audits and the development of the testing roadmap
  • Work closely with other members of the paid search team and other internal teams to ensure alignment on campaign goals and deliverables and provide seamless campaign execution
  • Collect and analyse campaign performance data, preparing reports that highlight key metrics and outcomes
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients on paid search-related matters, providing updates and addressing any questions or concerns
  • You are familiar with PPC platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising) and tools like Google Analytics * You demonstrate numerical and data analysis skills to interpret campaign performance metrics, address issues and make data-driven recommendations. * You are able to prioritise tasks and manage multiple campaigns and deadlines effectively. * You stay informed about emerging technologies, including AI and are open to exploring how automation and AI tools can enhance creativity, performance and efficiency in media.
