We are undergoing an exciting period of growth, and as such are on the lookout for a Paid Social Executive who would be activating and managing the companies paid social strategy and activations across Facebook & Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Tik Tok, Reddit and more.
Summary
Reporting into the PPC Lead, you will ideally be working four days a week from the office, you'll be activating and optimising campaigns, predominantly working with the businesses Tier 1 partners such as Google, YouTube, Bing, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn as well as emerging platforms and opportunitie
Responsibilities
Develop and manage end-to-end paid social strategies for multiple brands, ensuring alignment with broader marketing and business goals.
Work closely with stakeholders to create both performance-driven and brand-led campaigns.
Execute campaigns across key platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn), ensuring optimal use of targeting, budgeting, and scheduling.
Meet agreed KPIs for Traffic, Revenue and ROI where appropriate.
Carry out testing and report back to the team on key learnings.
Continuously look for ways to automate, optimise and improve efficiency.
Deliver reports on key metrics and KPIs, recommending improvements where appropriate.
Analyse and interpret data to identify key opportunities.
Monitor and report on competitor activity.
Requirements
2+ years proven experience in a similar Paid Social, focused on activation.
Knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn), their advertising tools, and best practices.
Excellent attention to detail and analytical mindset
Knowledge of data visualisation tools, Tableau would be a bonus
Some experience with Google Ads and Bing will be beneficial
Strong knowledge of Excel and Google Analytics with a passion for data analysis and data driven decision making
Experience with creative asset development would be beneficial
You are commercially minded, confident, good stakeholder management skills.
