This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate with existing knowledge of the Paid Social landscape to help this rapidly growing channel. The ideal candidate will have strong digital knowledge and be highly analytical. You will be reporting to the Paid Social manager to help grow and expand this channel.

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities Include -

  • Supporting the Paid Media Manager with day-to-day management of Paid Social activity, across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other channels as needed
  • Implementing campaigns including set-up, tracking and optimisation as well as creative asset management
  • Briefing creative assets, including copy, to support our campaigns and ensuring a smooth process
  • Monitor and analyse performance against key KPIs whilst making and implementing recommendations for optimisation
  • Weekly and monthly reporting to key stakeholders across Marketing
  • Working with wider divisional teams to optimise customer journeys and online experience
  • Working closely with Campaign, Design & Social Creative teams to ensure continuous development of effective Creative
  • Supporting the Paid Media Manager with budget management, identifying opportunities for growth
Key Skills & Experience Required -
  • 1+ year of Paid Social experience
  • Good knowledge of social media and reporting platforms (such as Google Analytics) and a desire to stay on top of platform developments
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly deliver insight and recommendation to stakeholders beyond the channel
  • High attention to detail
  • Proficient data analysis and interpretation skills
  • Strong organisational, time management and planning skills
  • A proactive can-do attitude
  • Works well under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Flexible in adapting to fast-changing priorities
  • An ability to effectively prioritise a varied workload and deadlines
  • Proactive approach to delivering results
  • Ability to work well as a team and contribute to wider business strategy
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Keen interest in the beauty industry
