The Role



We're looking for an experienced Paid Social Manager to take ownership of paid social campaigns across a diverse portfolio of brands. This role is ideal for someone with strong Meta Ads experience who enjoys balancing strategy, creative thinking, and data-led optimisation.

You'll be responsible for planning, launching, managing, and optimising campaigns end-to-end, working closely with creatives, account managers, and clients to drive measurable results. As Social Loop continues to grow, this role offers real autonomy, progression, and the opportunity to shape how we deliver paid media across the agency.

What You'll Do



Plan, launch and manage paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Own campaign performance from strategy through to execution and optimisation Develop paid media strategies aligned with client objectives (growth, ROAS, CPA, scaling) Brief and collaborate with designers and content creators on high-performing ad creative Write and refine ad copy for multiple brands and audiences Monitor budgets, pacing, and performance to ensure efficient spend Analyse results, test audiences, creatives and formats, and optimise accordingly Produce clear, insightful performance reports with actionable recommendations Work closely with the wider marketing team on integrated campaigns Stay up to date with platform updates, trends, and best practices Support client communication around paid media performance and strategy

What We're Looking For



2+ years' hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns Proven ability to manage budgets and optimise for performance Strong understanding of campaign structure, targeting, creatives, and reporting Data-driven mindset with confidence interpreting results and making decisions Comfortable managing multiple client accounts simultaneously Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Clear, confident communicator -- internally and with clients Commercially aware and focused on delivering real results Proactive, ambitious, and keen to grow with the agency

Bonus (Not Essential)



Experience managing or supporting TikTok Ads Agency experience Experience working alongside Amazon or eCommerce brands Interest in scaling accounts and testing new paid media channels
