Social Media Executive
to support the planning, execution, and optimisation of paid Social Media campaigns across multiple platforms, helping to drive acquisition, retention/reactivation, and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the day-to-day execution and optimisation of Paid Social campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), Reddit and other relevant platforms.
Support the creation of campaigns with the Creative and Campaign Planning teams.
Monitor campaign performance, analysing key metrics (FTD, CPA, LTVs, ROAS) and providing actionable insights.
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including the Design, Sportsbook and Gaming leads, CRM, and Product teams to align Social Media campaigns with broader marketing campaigns.
Keep up to date with platform updates, trends, and best practices to ensure BoyleSports stays ahead in the social media space.
Contribute to brainstorming sessions and bring fresh ideas for campaigns, promotions, and creative formats.
Assist in maintaining paid social campaign tracking, reporting, and budget pacing.
Ensure all campaign material is fully compliant with industry regulations and internal policies.
Desired Skills
1-2 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in the iGaming, sports, or entertainment sectors.
Good understanding of key social media platforms and their advertising ecosystems (Meta Ads Manager, X, Reddit etc).
Experience with analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or AppsFlyer.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a flair for compelling copy and content.
Passionate about sports and/or gaming with an understanding of trending content and online culture.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools - particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Proactive, curious, and willing to learn new skills and tools.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
