The Role

We're looking for a

Social Media Executive

who lives and breathes content. You'll be responsible for managing, creating, and scaling the social presence for Adrageous and our e-commerce clients across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Instagram. Your job is to turn scrolls into clicks - and clicks into customers.

This role blends creativity with data. You'll need a good eye for trends, a sharp sense of brand tone, and the ability to write copy that cuts through. If you know what makes people double-tap and what gets conversions, we want you.

What You'll Be Doing

Planning and scheduling organic content across multiple platforms Creating scroll-stopping copy, captions, reels, and short-form videos Engaging with followers, building communities, and owning inboxes/DMs Collaborating with design and paid media teams on campaigns Analysing performance metrics and reporting insights that matter Trendspotting: keeping your finger on the pulse of what's working Helping ideate and execute influencer strategies and content shoots Supporting client strategy sessions with social-first thinking
You Should Have

1-3 years' experience in a social media role, ideally in an agency or fast-paced brand Solid understanding of Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn platforms A portfolio of work (or examples) that show creative thinking and clear results Great writing skills, adaptable to different tones Confidence using scheduling tools (Later, Buffer, Hootsuite etc.) Comfortable with basic content editing apps (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express) Strong organisation and time management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 22,000.00-26,000.00 per year

Brighton BN1 4GW: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
