About the Role
We're looking for a Paid Social Specialist with 3+ years of hands-on experience to take ownership of strategy and delivery across a variety of clients.
You'll lead on developing and refining paid social strategies, managing campaigns across multiple platforms, and working closely with our PPC team to deliver integrated, multi-channel results. You'll also play a key role in client communication and team development.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, oversee, and continually refine paid social strategies across a mix of B2B and B2C clients.
Lead client communication, including regular calls, strategy reviews, and performance discussions.
Build, launch, and optimise campaigns on Meta and LinkedIn, with exposure to TikTok, Pinterest and other platforms.
Conduct daily monitoring and performance analysis to drive ongoing improvements.
Prepare clear, insightful reports and use data to inform recommendations.
Research creative trends, brief in ad designs, and contribute to concept development.
Collaborate with the PPC/Google Ads team to align multi-channel strategies and share insights.
Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to the team apprentice.
Deliver paid social training sessions (Meta and/or LinkedIn)
Essential Skills
3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns and delivering results
Strong experience in Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and LinkedIn Ads; familiarity with TikTok or Pinterest a plus
Comfortable working across different campaign types and objectives (brand awareness, lead gen, sales)
Solid data analysis and decision-making skills; experience with Google Analytics
Excellent attention to detail
Strong communicator with a client-focused mindset
Bonus Points
Meta, LinkedIn, Google or Microsoft Ads certifications
Experience in paid search, display or shopping campaigns
Knowledge of conversion tracking setup (e.g. Google Tag Manager)
Familiarity with design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
