As we scale further, we're making key investments in our structure, people, and processes to support our next phase of growth. We're now looking for a Paid Social Specialist to join our team and take ownership of campaign execution and performance for a range of high-growth D2C brands.
This role offers autonomy, variety, and the chance to work with exciting clients. You'll be empowered to make strategic and creative decisions that directly impact results. You'll manage large media budgets, use top-tier tools like Triple Whale and Motion, and be fully responsible for hitting client growth KPIs such as CAC, NC-ROAS, eROAS, and spend efficiency.
Requirements
You will be responsible for the day-to-day performance of a portfolio of D2C e-commerce clients, working in fast-moving and competitive categories. You'll lead campaign setup, optimisation, and testing with a sharp eye on creative performance and return on ad spend.
