About The Role



ROLE

: Paid Specialist

LOCATION

: Folkestone, Kent - This is a hybrid role based in the UK, with a minimum of three days a week required in our Folkestone office for training, collaboration and client meetings. We understand that everyone's circumstances are different and are open to discussing how we can support you to meet this requirement.

DURATION

: Permanent, Full Time. Working Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm (37.5 hours weekly).

PACKAGE

: Starting from 40,000 DOE.

THE ROLE



Develop and execute paid media strategies aligned with client objectives across multiple platforms, including Search Ads 360, Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic platforms, such as StackAdapt. Monitor and optimise campaigns for key performance indicators such as ROAS and CPA. Conduct audience research, keyword analysis, and A/B testing to refine targeting and messaging. Manage campaign budgets efficiently to maximise return on investment. Lead collaboration with Account Management, SEO and Data Teams to ensure integrated strategies. Stay ahead of industry trends, implementing new tools, automation, and AI-driven strategies. Provide expert insights and recommendations to improve client performance and contribute to business growth. Conduct quality assurance checks and ensure adherence to best practices. Mentor and support team members, fostering knowledge-sharing and professional growth. Represent the company as a thought leader at industry events and client meetings.

THE PERSON



Be a data-driven, results-oriented digital marketer with a deep understanding of paid media channels. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable managing multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail. Have strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies. Are highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. Possess excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges. Are a strong communicator, capable of explaining complex concepts clearly to clients and internal teams. Have experience in leading, mentoring, and inspiring teams to achieve outstanding results. Demonstrate a passion for digital advertising and a drive for continuous learning and improvement. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams while also being comfortable operating independently.

REQUIREMENTS



5+ years of hands-on experience in paid digital advertising, managing campaigns across Search Ads 360, Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. Hands-on proficiency in programmatic using StackAdapt, or similar. Proven expertise in both lead generation and e-commerce campaigns. Proven experience in a fast-paced digital marketing agency environment. Google Ads (mandatory) and Facebook Blueprint Certifications (preferred). Proficiency in Google Ads Editor. Well-versed in Google Analytics. Strong understanding of A/B testing best practices for ad creatives, audience targeting, and bid strategies. Experience with automation, AI-driven optimisations, and the latest paid media innovations. Ability to manage, mentor, and develop a team while maintaining a high standard of execution. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
