What You'll Do
As a
Paint Technician
, you'll be responsible for preparing and painting vehicles to the highest standards. Your role will include:
Preparing panels and masking adjacent areas to prevent overspray.
Carrying out spray painting operations in a spray booth to manufacturer standards.
Maintaining and cleaning spray guns and equipment.
Operating spray booths safely and efficiently, following all safety guidelines.
Wearing correct PPE and ensuring compliance with Health & Safety requirements.
Disposing of paint, lacquer, thinners, and waste responsibly.
About You
We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and thrives in a busy environment. Ideally, you'll have:
IMI/ATA Paint Technician qualification (or equivalent Bodyshop experience).
A strong work ethic and commitment to quality.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
A team-focused attitude and excellent customer service skills.
A full UK driving licence (preferred).
