Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for painting various surfaces using the appropriate tools and techniques. This role requires good communication skills and the ability to drive to different work locations.
Duties:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning and smoothing them prior to painting
- Masking windows and doors for painting
- Apply paint or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
- Cover surfaces with cloth or plastic to ensure protection
- Calculate the amount of materials required for each job
- Ensure all safety precautions are followed during painting operations
Experience:
- Proficient in English language for effective communication
- Proven experience in painting and decorating
- Ability to drive to different work sites as needed
- Knowledge of various painting techniques and tools
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Working along with the team in other roles
