We are looking for a time served professional with checkable work references.

Previous experience is essential for the role along with evidence of working within the painting trade.

Works include internal/external painting works within the central belt, covering all expected aspects of the trade

Reliable transport is preferred, or the ability to commute to our office in Airdrie, Glasgow, or surrounding areas for an 8am start.

Responsibilities



Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and priming to ensure optimal paint adhesion. Mix paint to achieve the desired color and finish. Apply paint and decorative finishes using various techniques and tools. Adhere to safety standards and protocols throughout the painting process. Maintain and organize painting equipment and supplies. Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure project specifications are met. Drive/commute to various job sites as required for project execution.

Summary



As a Painter and Decorator, you will be responsible for enhancing the aesthetic appeal of various spaces through expert painting and decorative techniques. Reporting to the project manager, your core skills in construction painting will be essential in delivering high-quality finishes. Your relevant English and communication skills will ensure effective collaboration with clients and team members. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From 18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
