Painter & Decorator - Work with a Growing Property Estate Agency | Barnes, SW13

You've probably scrolled through loads of painter & decorator ads that all sound the same.

Well, we're different. We're a

startup estate agency and property management company

shaking things up in Barnes, SW13 -- and we're looking for an

experienced Painter & Decorator

to partner with us on an ongoing basis.

We've got plenty of work lined up, and the big advantage of working with us is that

all of it will be local

-- no trekking all over London. Just Barnes and the surrounding area.

The basics:

Rate:

120-140 per day

, depending on experience Paint & materials:

always provided by us

Tools:

you'll need your own

CSCS card:

preferred, but not essential

Driver's licence and vehicle:

preferred, but not essential

What you'll be doing:

Preparing surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, and priming Mixing and matching paints/finishes to achieve the right colours and effects Applying paint, varnish, and other finishes with brushes, rollers, or sprayers Repairing and touching up surfaces as needed Keeping a clean, organised work environment Following all safety protocols and guidelines

What we'll need from you:

Proven experience as a painter & decorator (we'll ask for

photos of previous work

and

references

) High attention to detail and pride in a job well done Ability to work independently, reliably, and efficiently Good communication and a friendly, professional attitude
