To support our customers and meet the aspirations held by the Group, we are currently recruiting for

Painter and Decorator

to join our

Operations

Team.

This is a full time role, working 37 hours per week (Monday to Thursday 8 am to 4.30 pm, Friday 8 am to 1 pm).

The successful candidate will have an SVQ in Painting and Decorating at SVQ 3 or equivalent and experience in a similar environment. In addition, they will also be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience of:

Skills deemed necessary for painting and decorating including taping, filling and papering.

Undertaking painting and decorating duties as required.

Carrying out a range of emergency, urgent, reactive repairs, void repairs and planned works to properties.

Assisting on planned kitchen and bathroom install works, where required.

Carrying out all diagnostic and/or pre-measuring work with the aim of completing repairs within the same appointment wherever possible.

Working independently; taking responsibility and making decisions but know when to seek guidance and deliver to deadlines

Must

hold a full driving licence

Experience of Ames taping and filling would also be beneficial but is not essential.
