Painter and Decorator

to join our growing team, working on domestic and light commercial properties across the Northeast.

Job Role Overview

You will carry out internal and external decorating works as part of the building insurance repairs, including:

Surface preparation (filling, sanding, priming) Emulsion and gloss painting Wallpaper hanging (when required) Stain blocking and mold treatment Minor repair works prior to decoration Ensuring a clean and tidy finish to a high standard

Requirements:

Proven experience as a painter and decorator Own tools and equipment preferred The ability to work from scopes and schedules CSCS card preferred but not essential High attention to detail and a high standard of finish Good timekeeping and customer interaction skills Full, clean driving license
