Job Description
Park Homes UK Ltd is seeking a skilled and reliable
Painter & Decorator
to join our maintenance team. You'll play a key role in maintaining the appearance and quality of our homes across several beautiful residential parks, ensuring every property is finished to the highest standard.Key Responsibilities:
Carry out all aspects of painting and decorating, both internal and external. Prepare and finish surfaces, including sanding, filling, priming, and applying paints, stains, and wall coverings. Maintain equipment, tools, and materials safely and efficiently. Work independently or as part of the team to deliver high-quality results.
Travel between sites across Charnwood Lodge, Cornwall Park, Merse House, Munches Park, St Andrews, Carlingwark, and Thorney Croft as required.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as a painter and decorator. Excellent attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
Full UK driving licence - must be willing and able to travel between all Park Homes UK sites.
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to manage your workload effectively.What We Offer:
14 per hour
