Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by removing old paint, filling holes, and repairing any damage
- Mix, match, and apply paint to surfaces according to specifications
- Use brushes, rollers, or spray guns to apply paint or other coatings
- Clean and maintain painting tools and equipment
- Follow all safety guidelines and regulations when working with paints and chemicals
- Ensure a clean and organized work area at all times
Experience:
- Proven experience as a painter or similar role
- Knowledge of painting techniques and tools
- Familiarity with different types of paints and coatings
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Attention to detail and precision in work
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods of time
