Summary

We are seeking multiple Painters and Decorators to Join our thriving, well organised Painting teams delivering contracts hiring across 4 of our regional branches. Positions available in the following areas - Devon, Somerset, Eastleigh & New Forest, Hampshire.

Responsibilities

Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely completion of tasks Maintain a clean and safe work environment Inspect completed work for quality assurance Communicate effectively with team members and clients Adhere to safety protocols and regulations

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Painter & Decorator in a construction setting Strong knowledge of painting techniques and materials Good communication skills to liaise with team members and clients Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Valid driving licence is preferred Proficiency in English for effective communication
