Decorator Wanted

Join the R&D Decorating Family

We're looking for experienced painters and decorators to join our family-led team, with a specific focus on new-build housing developments across the South.

What's the Work?

Painting and decorating new-build homes & refurbishments on live construction sites

Working to tight build schedules and high finishing standards

Internal and external finishes, mist coats, snagging, and final decorations

Projects typically within 30 miles of your home, with incentives available when further afield

Rates & Expectations

We offer between 16.5 and 25 per hour, depending on experience and output

We don't just go by the card -- we pay people who deliver

Price work available

You must have a valid CSCS card, basic tools, and transport (support available where needed)
