Overview


We are seeking a skilled Painter & Decorator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for transforming spaces through colour and design, ensuring high-quality finishes in both residential and commercial settings. This role requires attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities



Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or cracks. Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment. Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in accordance with health and safety regulations. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide expert advice on colour selection and design options. Maintain tools and equipment in good working order. Collaborate with other tradespeople on construction sites as necessary.

Skills



Proficient in construction painting techniques with a strong portfolio of previous work. Excellent communication skills in English to interact with clients and team members effectively. Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
