We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction painting and possess excellent communication skills. This role involves preparing surfaces, applying paint, and ensuring high-quality finishes on various projects. A valid driving licence is preferred as the position may require travel to different job sites.
Duties
Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or cracks.
Apply paint using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment to ensure an even coat.
Inspect completed work for quality assurance and make necessary touch-ups.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following health and safety regulations.
Communicate effectively with team members and clients to understand project requirements and timelines.
