At first, you'll focus on kitchen respraying, with the chance to progress into other areas (like UPVC and commercial spraying) as you grow.

What you'll be doing:

Meeting the team in Windsor each morning and travelling to sites across Berkshire, Surrey & London. Preparing kitchens and units ready for respraying. Learning and applying high-quality spray finishes (full training given if you're new). Putting in a proper day's work alongside a team that values effort, detail, and reliability.

What we're looking for:

A strong work ethic -- this is number one Experience in spray painting (kitchens, automotive, furniture) OR general trades (painting, decorating, construction, etc.) Comfortable with tools and working in homes A keen eye for detail -- you care about a professional finish Full UK driving licence Local to Windsor for daily meet-ups
(Bonus points for a CSCS card or spraying/decorating qualifications.)
