Monday - Friday: 08:00 til 16:30
We are currently seeking a skilled and versatile Mobile Painting and Decorator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for painting, decorating, and performing remedial works across various property's within our portfolio. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the maintenance and aesthetics of our clients' properties.
Key Responsibilities:
Painting and Decorating:
Execute painting and decorating tasks to a high standard, ensuring the finished work meets quality standards.Select appropriate materials, colors, and finishes based on client requirements.
Handle surface preparation, priming, and finish coating.
Maintenance Works:
Carry our minor maintenance works depending on workload.Identify and address maintenance issues efficiently and effectively.
Driving:
Hold a full and valid UK driving license.Travel to different sites as necessary
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 29,000.00-31,000.00 per year
Experience:
Painting & Decorating: 4 years (required)
Licence/Certification:
Driving Licence (required)
Work Location: In person
