We're seeking a commercially minded?Patient Experience & Sales Manager?to lead and elevate our Treatment Coordinator and Call Handling Team. This is your opportunity to shape the full patient journey, from first contact to final smile, ensuring both high-end service and strong business performance throughout.

What You'll Be Responsible For



Leading and coaching a high-performing team of Treatment Coordinators (TCOs) and remote call handlers

Championing follow-up systems, data use, and performance tracking to drive consultation-to-treatment conversion

Acting as the link between patients, clinicians and admin teams to ensure a seamless and consistent experience

Driving diary occupancy rates through strategic booking, scheduling efficiencies, and team accountability.

Enhancing our patient engagement approach, from WhatsApp to in-practice conversations

Training and supporting TCOs to effectively manage new leads and covert them into in-person patient consultation.

Providing support and insight to help clinicians confidently close high-value treatment plans

Creating a positive, professional and progress-focused culture through team meetings, coaching and clear communication

What We're Looking For



We're seeking a proactive, emotionally intelligent leader with a strong background in team management, exceptional customer service, and commercial sales.

You will inspire, challenge and energise your teams to deliver exceptional results.

Your experienced in a premium service industry, such as private healthcare, aesthetics, wellness, or luxury hospitality is essential.

Dental experience is a bonus but not essential.

You'll be a confident communicator, a strategic thinker, and a motivating leader who takes pride in seeing teams grow and patients smile!



What We Offer
