As we continue to grow, we're looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant Sales Manager to join our team and help shape the next stage of our story.

The Role: Assistant Sales Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional with at least two years' experience in estate agency. You'll be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and progressing deals through to completion. You'll also play a key role in expanding our sales portfolio and growing our presence in East London.

We're looking for someone who naturally goes above and beyond for their clients--someone who can spot opportunities for growth, provide honest and strategic advice, and work with the goal of achieving the best possible outcomes for all parties involved,, regardless of the time and effort it may take to achieve.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively generate new business and instructions through local canvassing, networking, and outreach Identify and capitalise on opportunities to grow our market share in East London Respond to inbound sales enquiries via phone, email, and in person Conduct property viewings with professionalism and confidence Negotiate offers and progress deals through to completion Build and maintain strong relationships with both buyers and vendors Assist with property marketing, including liaising with photographers and floorplan providers Confidently appear in social media content and assist with creating engaging posts Contribute to growing the Storeys brand and presence in East London

What We're Looking For

Minimum 2 years' experience in residential property sales Proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong negotiation and customer service abilities Highly motivated, organised, and target-driven Confident in front of the camera for social media and property videos A team player with a proactive, professional attitude
