Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of diverse Pan-Asian menus, incorporating authentic flavors and modern techniques
Supervise daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, plating, and presentation to ensure consistency and excellence
Manage inventory control and food production processes to minimize waste while maintaining quality standards
Oversee dietary department requirements, accommodating special dietary needs with creativity and precision
Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff to foster a collaborative team environment focused on continuous improvement
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and uphold rigorous sanitation standards across all kitchen areas
Coordinate with catering and banquet teams to deliver exceptional service for large events and special occasions
Qualifications
Proven experience in fine dining establishments with a strong background in Asian cuisine
Demonstrated supervisory experience managing kitchen teams in high-volume settings
Extensive knowledge of food safety protocols, inventory management, and food handling procedures
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop culinary staff
Experience in menu planning, food production, and catering operations within the food industry
Skilled in kitchen management, shift management, and restaurant operations
Familiarity with banquet experience, hospitality standards, and food service management
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
