Job Title: Vehicle Body Panel Repair Technician
Reports To: Bodyshop Supervisor

Role Summary:
Responsible for repairing or replacing damaged vehicle body panels according to specified job requirements, which may also include working on vehicle chassis and structural parts.

Qualified Personnel:
Capable of performing core tasks independently and providing guidance to less experienced technicians when needed.

Unqualified Personnel:
Perform primary responsibilities under the direct supervision of a qualified technician.

Key Responsibilities:

Remove, repair, or replace vehicle panels, ensuring all work meets quality standards. Use appropriate tools such as jigs, fixtures, and welding equipment, following safety procedures suitable for your skill level. Follow manufacturer guidelines and technical bulletins for chassis and body panel repairs or replacements. Keep up-to-date with industry best practices through continuous training. Handle vehicles with care to ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain cleanliness and proper maintenance of tools and equipment. Comply with all relevant health, safety, and housekeeping policies in the workplace.
Technical Skills & Knowledge:
Your technical abilities will be assessed and validated by your manager or team leader to confirm competency.

Additional Duties:
Within organizational guidelines, you may be assigned other reasonable tasks aligned with your expertise at the discretion of senior management.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary up to 52,000 per year, including site bonuses, depending on experience and qualifications. Minimum of 3 years relevant experience; ATA accreditation is a plus. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with a 30-minute lunch break.
