Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Repair and restore damaged vehicle panels according to manufacturer specifications
- Assess and analyze vehicle damage to determine the appropriate repair methods
- Remove damaged panels and parts using hand tools and power tools
- Straighten bent panels using hydraulic equipment and specialized tools
- Weld or use adhesives to attach replacement panels
- Assemble and install repaired or new panels onto vehicles
- Perform mechanical repairs as needed, including suspension and alignment adjustments
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure repairs meet industry standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Panel Beater or in a similar role
- Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics and technical drawings
- Welding skills for both steel and aluminum materials
- Mechanical knowledge and understanding of vehicle systems
- Excellent attention to detail and precision in workmanship
- Familiarity with power tools and their safe usage
- Customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients regarding repairs
- Knowledge of equipment repair and maintenance procedures
- Proficient in using hand tools for panel removal, installation, and adjustment
