This role is part of the Social Housing and Regeneration team. Working alongside Richard Beckingsale and the wider team, you'll help registered providers, private developers and local authority clients successfully deliver residential and mixed-use regeneration and development projects as well as working on large scale property transfers.
About you:
We're looking for a proactive and collaborative individual who thrives in a legal environment, ideally with experience in real estate. You'll be an organised team player, confident in managing multiple deadlines, and able to communicate clearly and professionally both in writing and in person.
Adaptability and a genuine desire to learn are essential. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail who enjoys working in a fast-paced, client-focused setting and values being part of a supportive, high-performing team.
