Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive junior paralegal or law graduate to support on a project to build a contracts database. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of commercial contracts and good IT skills.

Key Responsibilities

Liaising with stakeholders to identify signed contracts for inclusion in the contracts database Uploading signed contracts into the contracts database Supporting stakeholders in using the contracts database

Qualifications & Experience

Understanding of commercial contracts Good communications skills Ability to work independently Familiarity with standard IT systems

Desirable Attributes

Interest in legal operations and process improvement.

A 35-hour working week with flexibility around the core hours of 10am-4pm 25 days annual leave. After 5 years' service, the entitlement will be increased by 1 day.
