A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a paralegal to join our leading law firm located in Brighton and Hove. The role will be working with the very busy corporate department and you will be an integral part of the team from day one.



Salary: 25,000

Key Responsibilities

These will include but not limited to:-

Supporting solicitors throughout transactions Conducting due diligence reports Preparation of transactional documents Taking new enquires Liaising with clients, other departments within the firm and external solicitors Research: conducting legal research on relevant laws, regulations, and precedents

Some previous experience of corporate and commercial law is desired but not essential, training will be offered to support the right candidate to progress in this area. A law degree is not essential, but it will be an advantage as will a background in a legal environment. The ideal candidate will be committed to a career in law and willing to hit the ground running.



You will be joining a very busy team so you will need to be energetic, enthusiastic, work well under pressure and be a good team player. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to demonstrate commitment and drive whilst delivering high quality service at all times.
