What We Value in This Role

Completed your LPC or started the SQE Hands-on experience with private/public children matters (child arrangement orders, prohibited steps order and or specific issue order.) Detail-oriented, highly organised, and deadline-driven A true team player who brings energy and support to colleagues Confident in IT systems, legal aid (CCMS)

How You'll Make an Impact

Delivering high-quality client care Drafting key legal documents: C100s, C1As, witness statements Managing files via our case management system and ensuring compliance Attending client conferences and working closely with counsel Advising clients with clarity and empathy Navigating Legal Aid applications via the CCMS portal Preparing court bundles and instructions to counsel Conducting legal research to support case strategy Advocacy experience is a bonus - if not, we'll support you to get there
