. You'll play a key role in supporting transactions, liaising with clients, drafting documents, and helping our legal team deliver a top-tier service. If you're ready to grow in a supportive, fast-paced and professionally rewarding environment, let's talk.


What You'll Actually Be Doing




In this varied and hands-on role, you'll assist with the day-to-day running of commercial property transactions, drafting legal documents, reviewing and organising case materials, and assisting in the management of caseload where appropriate. You'll also support the financial side of matters, from billing to assisting with the distribution of funds, all while ensuring that every task aligns with the firm's procedures and standards for accuracy and efficiency.


Alongside legal work, you'll play a key role in keeping the department running smoothly -- managing diaries, maintaining client files, handling correspondence, and providing administrative support to fee-earners and department heads. You'll be a trusted point of contact for clients, handling communications with professionalism and discretion. As part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, you'll manage your workload, contribute to process improvements, and take part in ongoing training to support both your development and the wider success of the team.


What We're Looking For




Essential:




Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail A proactive attitude and the ability to work both independently and in a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Confidence with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel Willingness to learn, develop and get stuck in

Preferred (but not essential - we'll support the right person):




2+ years' legal experience in a secretarial, admin or paralegal role Familiarity with legal terminology and commercial property processes Experience using legal case management software Fast, accurate typing skills - audio & copy
