The Opportunity




Key Internal Relationships:

HSF Kramer partners, lawyers, trainees and paralegals Key External Relationships: HSF Kramer clients

Key Responsibilities:


The standard hours for this role will be 9.30am - 5.30 pm, but some flexibility may be required.


Duties

Assisting with document management using WorkSite, HighQ and SharePoint Conducting research, using internet and other research tools Drafting external correspondence Bundling, both hard copy and electronic Proofreading Liaising with team members in other offices / jurisdictions Any other duties as required

Qualifications, skills and experience:



German language skills Excellent attention to detail Strong IT skills including a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel, and Adobe Familiarity with document management systems desirable Previous law firm experience or experience working on large commercial disputes desirable Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
