Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be an integral part of the Foreign Jurisdiction team. You will manage a caseload of Personal Injury fast track value cases with a cross border element. You will also be responsible for assisting other members of the team with tasks such as calculating special damages, advocacy before District Judges, attending on clients, witnesses, undertaking legal research, attending court and joint settlement meetings.###
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
We are looking for a talented individual who is self-sufficient, hardworking, able to prioritise and has a keen eye for detail.
The successful candidate should have willingness to develop knowledge of foreign jurisdiction/cross border claims and each day is different, bringing new opportunities and challenges to learn.
