As part of our continued growth, we are now looking to recruit an experienced and motivated Personal Injury Paralegal to join us.
The Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented paralegal with a passion for personal injury law. You will handle a varied caseload involving:
- Road Traffic Accident (RTA) claims (Small Claims, Fast Track, Intermediate Track, and Multi-Track)
- Employer's Liability (EL) claims
- Public Liability (PL) claims
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage your own caseload of personal injury matters under supervision
- Draft and review legal documents, including court pleadings and witness statements
- Prepare cases for litigation and attend hearings as required
- Liaise with clients, courts, and third parties in a professional and efficient manner
- Maintain accurate records and case management systems
- Record all chargeable and non-chargeable time efficiently, supporting business goals and financial objectives
- Market the firm's services through networking, article writing, and ensuring website content is legally accurate and up to date
- Ensure firm-wide compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, including anti-money laundering, IT security, health and safety, and client care procedures
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across departments
Qualifications - About You:

- Meticulous, with a strong eye for detail
- Confident in drafting court documents and working to deadlines
- Experienced in handling PI claims, ideally across multiple tracks
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Able to multitask, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines under pressure
- Discreet and professional when handling sensitive and confidential information
- Interested in developing their career with on-the-job training and support
