We're looking for a

Paralegal

who's eager to dive into the world of

employment law

law graduate

What You'll Be Doing

Legal Support & Case Management

Assist solicitors with employment tribunal cases (e.g. unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancy). Draft and review legal documents including contracts, settlement agreements, and tribunal bundles. Conduct legal research and stay up to date with employment legislation. Liaise with clients and witnesses, helping manage case files and timelines.

HR & Advisory Support

Help draft employment contracts, policies, and handbooks. Support disciplinary, grievance, and redundancy processes. Apply employment law principles to real-world HR scenarios.

Data Protection & Compliance

Ensure GDPR compliance in handling sensitive data. Assist with privacy notices and subject access requests.

Client Interaction & Communication

Respond to client queries with professionalism and warmth. Build lasting relationships through exceptional service and clear communication.

Training & Development

Participate in internal training and knowledge-sharing sessions. Grow your expertise with the full support of our experienced team.

Who We're Looking For
