We work Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm, offering 26 days holiday, plus Bank Holidays, Pension, Company Events and a commitment to Training and Development opportunities. Due to the nature of this position, it is fully office based.

Assisting the Family & Divorce Fee Earners with work load and file allocation. A varied role with client contact and administrative duties, helping assist Fee Earners with file management.

This role involves but is not limited to:



Drafting letters to clients and liaising with clients via phone calls and meetings. Taking new client enquiries, briefly assessing circumstances and arranging appointments. Assisting Fee Earners with casework. Dealing with correspondence. Working alongside Solicitors and supporting case files. Ensuring compliance with file management. Archiving and organising legal files and supporting documents. Responding to queries in a timely/appropriate manner. Settling invoices for payments. Drafting applications to Court. Production of bundles.

Requirements:



Law Degree Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Satisfactory knowledge of day to day operations of a legal office. Highly organised and detail focused.

Pay: 25,207.00-27,000.00 per year
