We're looking for a proactive Paralegal to join our busy in-house legal team. What you'll be doing




As part of our collaborative team, you'll:

Support our qualified lawyers with legal research, document drafting and reviewing correspondence across diverse practice areas. Take ownership of legal queries, resolving matters independently where appropriate, and under the guidance of the team's qualified lawyers. Provide essential administrative support, managing the legal inbox and diary, raising purchase orders, assisting with litigation, and coordinating supplier invoices. Help drive improved knowledge-sharing through drafting FAQs, bulletins and legal updates. Keep the team future focused through horizon scanning and producing case digests. Drive efficiency by digitising records and helping to streamline legal team processes. Manage the Company's contract signing process and ensure accurate, well-organised records.

What we're looking for



A 2:1 law degree (or equivalent) and completion of the LPC (or equivalent). Ideally, some experience in a legal or professional services environment. Excellent analytical, organisational and communication skills. A collaborative team player who thrives under pressure and takes initiative. Confidence with IT systems, especially MS Office. We'll need you to be on site in Hatfield 2 - 3 days a week.

Salary 29,000 - 33,000 per annum.
