The role will be focused on supporting the Easement Team, and supporting a Solicitor on more general property work, on a range of matters. General duties to include:
Helping to assist, conduct (under supervision) and manage various transactions
Drafting, reviewing, amending and issuing legal documents, including: title reports, deeds of easements and servitudes, leases and ancillary documents and property transaction documents.
Reporting to clients on legal documents and providing advice within the scope of.
Dealing with post completion requirements, submission of SDLT returns and HMLR registrations and requisitions.
Supporting colleagues within the department and supervising junior paralegals and administrative staff.
Reporting to partners.
Liaising with existing and new clients, legal professionals and agents
Reviewing and drafting the issue of client care letters and compliance with firm's onboarding process.
Engaging in legal research as appropriate
Efficient management of client/matter files to include general filing in a timely and accurate manner, file closure, archiving, retrieval and return from storage as required including updating relevant databases

Pay: 22,500.00-24,000.00 per year
