We're Hiring - Paralegal / Legal Executive (Flexible Hours)
Location: Cardiff (Hybrid - office attendance required when needed)
Rate: 20-35/hour depending on experience (pro-rata for part-time)
Type: Full-Time or Part-Time (Flexible)
KSJ Investments is a growing property investment firm managing residential and commercial assets. We're looking for a Paralegal or Legal Executive to support us with legal documentation, property claims, lease reviews, compliance, and general operational support.
This is a flexible hybrid role, offering remote work combined with office presence in Cardiff when needed. We're open to full-time or part-time hours, depending on your availability and experience.
What You'll Be Doing
Drafting legal correspondence, claims, and court documents
Reviewing leases, service contracts, and compliance notices
Liaising with solicitors, insurers, and managing agents
Preparing legal bundles and tracking deadlines
Supporting internal operations and documentation
Who We're Looking For
Qualified or trainee paralegal, legal executive, or experienced legal admin CILEX qualified or equivalent experience preferred but not essential. Background in property law, litigation, or contracts Highly organised, discreet, and able to work independently Based near Cardiff, and available to attend the office when required Confident using MS Office, Dropbox, and digital tools

Pay: 41,000.00-72,000.00 per year
