Paralegal (legal Technology Firm)

Job Description
I am keen to speak with Paralegals about joining a legal technology firm working closely with an investment banking client based in Central London. This will be an initial 6-month contract with the possibility of being extended upon completion.
This role will offer a hybrid style of working with 3 days in the office.
Responsibilities:
Utilise legal knowledge to support codification of complex agreements, such as ISDA (International Swaps and Derivatives Association) and GMRA (Global Master Repurchase Agreement). Manage the client journey from client inception, project delivery, BAU, ensuring clear communication and a seamless, high level experience. Work as part of a team providing direction and support where necessary. Collaborate with clients to capture and address their specific requirements during implementation.
Requirements
A passion for working in market-leading legal technology firm. 1-2 years' experience as a Paralegal in documentation review. Experience in Legal Operations, Legal Onboarding, Contract Negotiation is vital. Legal contract exposure - ISDA, CSA, GMRA, GMSLA etc. A degree in Law is desired. Clear and professional communication skills.
Benefits
6-month FTC with the expectation for extension. Paying in the region of 30,000 - 35,000 depending on experience.
