About The Role




This is an excellent opportunity for a law graduate or early-career legal professional to gain exposure to high-quality commercial work within a supportive and collaborative environment. The role offers varied, hands-on experience across a broad range of commercial legal matters, including contracts, NDAs, and ad hoc projects. Its ideal for someone looking to build a strong foundation in their legal career while working in a team-focused setting.


There will also be the opportunity to take on more complex legal work if desired.


Main Duties & Responsibilities



Contract Support:

Assist with the drafting, reviewing and amending of commercial contracts, including terms and conditions, NDAs, variations and extensions.

Document Management

: Maintain and manage the document repository (contract database).

E-signature Administration:

Manage document execution processes using DocuSign.

Legal Research:

Conduct ad hoc legal research to support commercial decision making.

Project Involvement:

Support ad hoc legal and commercial projects as required.

Data Room Support:

Assist with the setup and maintenance of data rooms.



About You



Education:

Law degree or equivalent qualification.

Experience:

Up to 2 years experience in a legal role (in-house, private practice or paralegal).

Technical Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

Attention to Detail:

Accuracy in handling legal documentation including contract and NDAs.

Initiative:

Proactively identify areas where legal support is needed and take ownership of tasks without waiting for instruction.

Strong Organisational Skills:

Experience managing and maintaining document repositories.

Motivation:

Proactive attitude and genuine enthusiasm for developing legal knowledge and skills.
