We are seeking a reliable and efficient Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous delivery driver experience and possess excellent communication skills. This role involves delivering parcels to various locations, ensuring timely and safe delivery while maintaining a high level of customer service.
Responsibilities
Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods to designated locations. Load and unload items, ensuring proper handling and heavy lifting as required. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance. Communicate effectively with customers and warehouse staff regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise. Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while driving.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Delivery Driver is preferred. Valid driver's licence. Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with loading and unloading goods. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members. Excellent time management skills to ensure timely deliveries.
