AvDar Group LTD are currently recruiting on behalf of our industry-leading parcel courier for parcel sorters in the Belfastarea. This is a permanent opportunity starting in September, perfect for those looking for stable, long-term work in a fast-paced logistics environment.

The Role:

Accurately sort and organise incoming parcels based on routes and delivery zones. Operate handheld scanners to support the sorting process Core Working Hours from 3am - 8am. Identify and report any damaged items in line with company procedures Maintain a clean and safe working area Work closely with your team to meet sortation targets

Requirements:

Must be 18 years of age or over Experience in parcel sorting or warehouse work is not required Ability to stand for extended periods and handle packages of varying sizes Strong attention to detail Good verbal communication and teamwork skills Must have reliable transport to and from the site

A typical day as an AvDar parcel sorter...
Working in a fast-paced environment, your shift begins at 3am, you receive your own scanner from an on-site supervisor and start to scan and sort varying parcels into their allocated parcel bays. One scan and you'll know exactly what bay to place the parcels in. Working in a small team to complete the job effectively and efficiently and meeting your full potential. Once the sort is complete for 8am, the rest of the day is your own!!
