Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Parent and Child Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and families to provide support and guidance.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement activities that promote positive parent-child interactions
- Provide parenting education and support to families
- Identify family needs and strengths
- Facilitate parent-child playgroups and workshops
- Collaborate with other professionals to coordinate services for families
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress

Experience:
- Previous experience working with children and/or adults is preferred
- Knowledge of child development and parenting practices is preferred
