Little Angels is looking for a parent partnership manager who will be the first point of contact for our busy families.
As an important senior leader in our Cramlington nursery you'll support our aspirational managers to keep the nursery running smoothly, manage the reception desk, kitchen and cleaning teams. You'll take the lead on budgets, secure maintenance and staffing arrangements for the nursery. You'll use your people and organisational skills to go above and beyond for parents, children, and your team.

Please note: a degree level (Level 6) qualification is a requirement of the post.
Scope of Position
To ensure that all parent interactions with the nursery are positive. You will be the face of the nursery welcoming parents and children every day and being their 'go-to' contact.
To work closely with the manager to ensure that all enrolment applications are processed in line with the policy, and to establish a positive working relationship with parents. Stay on top of emails requesting changes to sessions, and arrange and deliver look-around visits promoting the nursery.
To oversee the nursery's administrative processes with parents including financial operations.
To ensure all legislation in relation to regulatory bodies such as Ofsted, inclusion, safeguarding and health and safety is complied with and that company policies and procedures are adhered to and implemented.
Support the kitchen and cleaning teams to keep things running smoothly and ensuring that the nursery is safe, clean and well maintained throughout the day.
Monitor occupancy lists, waiting lists and notices to families to keep them informed and up to date.
Assist with communications to parents including newsletters, and notes out on our communication networks.
Hold keys to the setting and regularly open and close the building, leaving it safe and secure.
To be the parent partnership manager we will also need you to have excellent organisational skills and an ability to prioritise.
