We're looking for an experienced and passionate Park Duty Manager to join our operations team in Weymouth. Working across our three 5-star parks - Bowleaze Cove, Chesil Beach, and Osmington Mills - you'll support the Group Operations Director and play a vital role in leading teams, ensuring the smooth running of daily operations, and creating safe, welcoming environments for guests, owners, and team members.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in holiday park or hospitality management who's ready to step into a dynamic, people-focused leadership role.
What You'll Do:
Operational Leadership: Oversee daily park operations across three locations, ensuring compliance, safety, and exceptional guest experience.
Team Development: Lead, coach, and support cross-functional teams to deliver 5-star service and grow within their roles.
Guest Experience: Champion a culture of hospitality, proactively resolving issues and ensuring high guest satisfaction.
Business Strategy: Contribute to the development and implementation of park-wide processes, KPIs, and operational goals.
Financial Oversight: Support budgeting and revenue management, helping maximise park performance and identify opportunities for growth.
Health & Safety: Ensure full compliance with legal and internal health, safety, and security standards through audits and daily checks.
Support: Work together with the other Duty Managers to provide flexible support across all locations.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in a senior management role within the hospitality or tourism sector - ideally in a holiday park environment.
A strong leader who can build and motivate high-performing teams.
Excellent financial understanding, with experience in managing budgets and improving profitability.
Committed to delivering exceptional customer service and experiences.
Knowledge of relevant health and safety legislation, compliance, and park standards.
Organised, proactive, and flexible with strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Qualifications in Hospitality, Business Management, or similar. (desirable)
Experience working across multiple sites. (desirable)
Additional qualifications in health & safety, first aid, or compliance. (desirable)
